Catechism for 2021

Hello Living Grace,

First off, Merry Christmas to you all and I hope you have a wonderful time with your family as you celebrate the birth of our Savior here in a just a couple of days.

I also wanted to let you know that starting the first Sunday of 2021 we will be starting a new Catechism for next year. We will be walking our way through the Heidelberg Catechism.  I'm very excited about all that we will learn and proclaim about our salvation and our great God through this Catechism.

To help you better understand the Heidelberg Catechism I wanted to let you know of a book, written by Kevin DeYoung, that I strongly encourage you to purchase. You can use this book for your family devotions, as a couple or simply in your own personal devotional time.  In each chapter, Kevin writes out the Catechism for that week and then spends just a couple of pages expounding on the meaning of the doctrine and applying it to our lives. It's excellent (like everything else he writes) and I know it would be a blessing to your soul.
